Ryan Refrigeration Heating Air and Solar was started by Ryan Sharrott in the early 1990’s with the goal of providing HVAC, Refrigeration, and Solar services to San Diego and beyond without the high pressures sales, poor customer service, and dishonesty often found in the industry. Ryan’s formula was simple:
- Do not “sell” the customer; instead take the time to educate them and answer all their questions.
- Hire people that are passionate about their trade and using their skills to serve others.
- Never compensate a technician with commission. Ryan believes that commission-based compensation promotes dishonesty rather than an honest technical evaluation of a system.
